Forms for your Website with the Q-Form Wizard
Creating forms is fast and easy with the Q-Form Wizard. The Wizard
allows you to select the information you want to include on your
website form for import into GoldMine... do you want their Name?
just click it... want their phone number? just click it... want
their Address? just click it. Once you have selected the GoldMine
fields you want to populate you click the "Generate Form" button and
your Website Form is created... its that simple!
Once you have
created your new Website Form, upload it to your Website as your new
Form is ready for immediate use. When a visitor to your website
completes and submits your new Form the information
is sent to you via e-Mail. Simply retrieve the e-mail using GoldMine
and a new GoldMine contact record will be automatically created.
Using the Wizard you are able to save your form as HTML or open
it in Microsoft FrontPage. You can further customize your new Form
with Graphics and Pictures to match the look and feel of your
Website. Form Validation can also be added to add required fields to
your new Form.
